Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. We recommend that preschool age children or elementary school age children needing substantial dental work are seen in the morning because they are more refreshed and we can work more slowly with your child for their comfort. During the school months, early morning and late afternoon appointments are in high demand. We try to honor before and after-school requests and ask that you help us by understanding when we need to appoint during school hours. However, should your child need to miss school for a dental appointment, we can provide a school excuse for their return to school.
Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient we ask that you please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard. Repeated broken appointments or late notice cancellations may be subject to a no show or cancellation fee.
If you are running late for an appointment, please notify our office. Late arrivals can cause schedule delays for those patients who arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals will be worked into the schedule if time allows, but you may need to be re-appointed to another day.
